How will I know if my order has been placed correctly?

Can I check the status of my order?

Yeah. When we ship your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and the URL of your shipment.

You can also access your Account and you will have information about the orders you have made, and the status in which they are.

My order does not arrive, what can I do?

If more than 72 hours have elapsed since you placed your order, without taking into account Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and you still have not received it, contact us through our contact form or by phone: 914 590 774 | 640 72 27 45

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped through a transport agency with express service. Normally, if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m., it ships the same day.

Remember that we ship to the entire Peninsula and the Balearic Islands*.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

* Shipments to the Balearic Islands will never be free, there is a special shipping option for this location.

In how much time will my request be delivered?

Depending on the chosen service, they take between 24 and 48 hours as long as they are working days and we have the product in our stock.

What happens if I'm not there when my order arrives?

In the event that the recipient of a shipment is not at the delivery address, the transport company will contact you using the telephone number that you will leave at the time of placing your order, or, if it is not possible to locate them, they will leave a notice for you to establish contact; in this way the right time to make the delivery will be agreed.

If within 7 days it is impossible to make the delivery, the transport agency will return the order to us and the expenses incurred will be borne by the buyer.

Can I pick up my order at the store and save shipping costs?

Of course, you can come to the physical store and pick up your order, saving you shipping costs.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to visit our store, a paradise of Minerals and Gems that will not leave you indifferent.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not left the warehouse, you can cancel it by sending us an email through our contact form, indicating the order number so that we can contact you and process the cancellation.

In case the order has left our warehouse, we can send the transport company to cancel the delivery. The expenses incurred in this management will be borne by the buyer.

How do I return a Product/Order?

There are several return options:

On the one hand, we need to know the reason for the return.

- If the return is due to a mistake on the part of the buyer or any other similar reason, the buyer must send us the items to be returned in their original packaging to the following address:

In this case, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.

- If the return is due to the fact that the product(s) have arrived in poor condition or defective, we will send the courier to collect the order and the expenses incurred will be borne by Piedras Rodadas.

In any case, the items must be sent in the same condition in which you received them.

As soon as we receive the items and verify that everything is correct, the amount of the returned items will be refunded to the payment method used by the buyer within 2-5 days.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

The photos published on this website are taken with high quality cameras in order to reflect each of the products in detail. You could find differences in those products in which the raw material itself and its manufacturing process influence the final result, such as handmade products or minerals by their very nature.

Will I receive an invoice?

We will send the invoice once the purchase process is complete. If for any reason you need it sooner, please contact us.
